Please carefully read the terms and conditions of to familiarize yourself with our rental process, the vehicles we provide, and how we handle transfers in the event of a delayed flight, among other important details.

Our Fleet:

Economy transfers (Hyundai Staria): 1-5 Pax.
Minibus transfers (Toyota Hiace): 1-16 Pax.

Finding Your Taxi:

Full Insurance:

All cars, drivers, and passengers are covered with the necessary insurance required by the Dominican Republic's regulations. We prioritize safe transportation above all.

Delayed Flights:

If your flight is delayed, don't worry; we always wait for our customers. We monitor arrival flights for any delays or issues and will meet you upon your flight's arrival.


Standard, Executive, and Luxury vehicles can accommodate 2 large suitcases or three medium-sized ones. For additional luggage, we recommend the group category.


All our drivers are fluent in English, meet all requirements, and are licensed to provide you with the best journey in Punta Cana. Please avoid companies without mandatory licenses.

Facilities for Small Children:

Baby seats, child seats, and boosters are available free of charge.

Night Time Transfers:

A 20% night-time surcharge applies to all transfers between 11 pm and 7 am.

Opening Hours:

We provide 24/7 transfer services. Phone and email support are available during office hours, from 9 am to 11 pm.

Cancellation Fees:

Penalties for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows on the day of departure should be consulted with the reservations department.

Important note: The company is not obligated to make extra stops that have not been booked previously, for example, collecting keys, stops at the grocery store .. etc. Consult the driver beforehand.

To avoid problems, any changes, cancellations or new reservation must be done via the above mentioned phone number (849) 752-2262 or during office hours by replying to this email and NOT with the driver.

Revision of the price of the accepted quotation or the contract for the transport of passengers by road signed by the client due to an increase in the price of fuel.

The approved quotation or the contract signed by the customer may be subject to a change in the final price if the price of fuel has changed between the date of conclusion of the contract or approval of the quotation and the time of transport.

The transport company and the customer obliged to pay shall increase or reduce, as the case may be, the price initially agreed for the contracted transport service by the amount resulting from applying the percentage increase or decrease in the price of professional diesel, for which shall be used the monthly index of the average price of diesel published by the Ministry of Transport of the Government of Spain, by taking the arithmetic mean of the result of this index with the average price of diesel at service stations in the week immediately prior to the contracted transport.

The increase or decrease of the price of the service, based on the fuel item, will be applied exclusively on 20% of the total budget or contracted price. The parties accept this clause by mutual agreement so that the service can be performed without prejudice to either party in the event of abnormal fluctuations in the price of fuel.

Penalty for cancellation less than 24 hours in advance or no-show on the day of departure: to be consulted with the reservations department.
